Shruti Haasan on her movie with dad Kamal Haasan

Recently some sources online had mentioned of Shruti Haasan collaborating for a trilingual flick with dad Kamal Haasan. As soon as the comment reached her ears she personally came forward and disclosed on the project.

Previously Kamal himself had mentioned that he would consider doing a movie with daughter Shruti if she made a name for herself in Bollywood. His remark made way to much hope for Shrutis fans who expected the dad and daughter duo onscreen.

However, in response to repeated messages Shruti received from fans recently ,congratulating her , the pretty lass clarified on her microblogging site, “Hey tweeple just to clarify I’m not doing a film with my father right now though it would be my privilege. Shall keep you posted when I do”

Meanwhile, dad Kamal Haasan is waiting for the release of Vishwaroopam this Pongal. Currently Shruti has her hands full with two Telugu movies titled Yevadu and Balupu. Moreover, the ravishing beauty has a Hindi film directed by Prabhudeva. Fans however are not ready to rule out the chances of their collaboration and are still hoping that once she delivers a blockbuster hit with Prabhudeva they would hear the good news.
